Excellent service, staff very professional and concern for my needs

I found my entire time pleasant as the staff was both friendly and helpful. I do wish the staff doing the actual procedure would have spent more time explain the process. I have a hearing problem and my hearing aids to not always pick up voices properly. But overall, I am happy with process.
