This was my first time as a patient here and I was treated kindly and the entire staff made sure everything went smoothly and I was comfortable. Dr. Lambert really took the time to go over everything and made sure I was part of the decision making and satisfied with the visit.. I was really pleased with the entire experience.

Dr. Lambert and Tabitha the nurse are true professionals. They treat me like a V.I.P. with my health problems. I would recommend anyone to them.

Being a Viet Nam Veteran an using community care an having my care provider Dr. Ricky Smith extremely pleased. " BUT" someone needs to come up with a expedited system. The situation I had, I had just seen Dr. Smith 7/30/2025- Friday 8/1/2025 7pm I admitted my self into the ER at Crossville and spent the next 10+ hours just sitting then being released "Black urine" held my breath Saturday- Sunday wondering what's-what. Then calling his office numerous time, finally late Monday I got the massage to come in Tuesday for labs. If you had a expedited system for those who spent hours sitting in a freezing ER wondering what's what and could call the next business day and tell or text what's what. And then let that some decide, ? do you need a appointment - do you need to come in "NOW". and do labs / imaging / doc. Not going back to the ER and sitting for another 6-8 hours then being released. When you have black urine and you are 77 you start to wonder and as time wane's you wonder more. I am OK now we have the situation under control. Some needs a secondary source of contact for non-emergency but for just this type of situation were a person spent hours in the ER with no feed back especially on late Friday night and has to wonder till they get ahold of some one on Monday with out playing phone tag.
