I woke up thinking that my recent allergy symptoms had turned into an ear and sinus infection. I needed to be seen that morning but my primary care Dr. could not see me until late afternoon. Urgent Care was the answer. After a minimal wait I saw the NP and was quickly diagnosed and on my way. My family has had several good experiences being treated here.

I really appreciate them taking my concern seriously. I am glad they ordered imaging for me when I feel that a lot of places would just say to wait it out. My only concern as someone in the medical field is that it seems like they are really quick to throw antibiotics at things. One day it will cause problems, but I understand that they are trying to help.

The actual visit to the urgent care was fine. They put an air splint on her ankle and sent her to the ER for X-rays. The X-ray technician was fine as well. The girl from the urgent care called the next day with the results of the X-ray…no fracture. My 88 year old mother attempted to try to walk on it for almost 2 weeks. It continued to be very painful so I took her to Tier I where their X-ray indicated that she had a calcaneus fracture. She eventually required surgery. Could she have avoided surgery at 88 years old if the fracture had been seen earlier instead of weight bearing for 2 weeks? I guess we will never know for sure without consulting the opinion of a specialist but I’m extremely unhappy with the skills of the radiologist who read the original X-ray at CRMC.

They were all friendly and I hadn’t much more got paperwork filled out and then went to bathroom they called me back while I was in there then it wasn’t long after they got my vitals the doctor came in so they were very fast an efficient
