This is my first choice of places to go when sick. I’ve never had a bad experience until this one. I went in for a sore throat and headache, thinking I had strep. The NP came in to see me and said I had sinus issues. That was not my reason for being there. I felt very dismissed because my strep test was negative. I left with no help. As the day progressed I got worse. Went to another urgent care and was treated for strep. The NP barely even looked at me during my visit.

We had a very short wait time. The staff were all courteous and knowledgeable.

THis place has been such a blessing to me and my family! SO thankful for their kindness and care!

Saw someone quickly. Listened to my problem and provided a satisfactory solution to my problem. Staff was friendly and professional.

Very quick and exceptional service always

The staff was very good, check in was very good but follow up was poor. After 9 days I am still waiting results of thr stool samples provided. The one result received i had to contact Care Center for info. Realize Lab Corp is in the middle but feel communications broke dowm.
