Staff was always helpful & informative. Place was always clean. Still have are RV there. If we need a storage locker again, we will be back too your place!

Great service

Wendy was excellent in getting me settled in and I’m comfortable with the security. The only thing that surprised me is no lights in the units . Document will not be easy. That should have been disclosed on your site. I’ve never seen interior storage without lights on a timer. I’ll have to see how this works out.

Staff members are there for the customers. No problems or issues.

Customer service is top notch ! The cleanliness of the storage facility couldn't be any cleaner . The only issue I had was with the key pad my security code didn't work and the security people I had to deal with on the phone pretty much didn't know what to do , but it was all straighten out the next day and NO issues after that .

Everything is great, as usual the pricing is always nice until you start to sign up, cause then it’s not as it seems. $69 a month sounds great then theirs insurance of $30 now it’s $99 when advertised at $69 should just advertise it at $99 and then admin fees .. better to be up front that’s all
