I had come From DE storage in Milford Delaware and that place was so sketchy and the customer service was absolutely terrible there and i was looking for a new place to store my things and know i don't have to worry about anything. I had looked online at cool springs storage and they had really good rates and were at a very convenient location for me. I stopped by and from the moment i walked into the door i was welcomed with a smile and amazing hospitality, i was walked through step by step on how everything works who they are and what to expect. 100% do i feel comfortable knowing my belongings are in a secure place and whenever i need anything i know that i will be able to get the best costumer service that i could need. Needed a last minute storage space and Cool Springs responded immediately. They were able to set me up online and get everything squared away quickly. The unit is clean and safe and the indoor temperature controlled space is perfect for our needs. Polite, professional, and convenient location.

Outside of a 3rd party booking site telling me I don’t need renters insurance (I was surprised). But regardless I had/have insurance so it was no problem for me. It might be surprise of events for someone else new to renting storage unit with you.
