I was completely shocked about how well put together. The places how well kept clean. It is how friendly and how helpful the staff are. I'm just so happy that. We have chosen to stay with cool Spring storage.

Over the years I have rented storage units many times for one reason or another, it didn't take long to learn that having a trash bag and a broom (not always needed) with me when going to move my things in the unit. Cool Spring storage had my unit very clean!! I was able to pick my size, received my 1st month free and move into my unit within 15 minutes after signing paperwork from my couch. Definitely the Best Storage place I've used!

1st Rate Movers team was awesome!! They came in walked through house and garage assessed how they would tackle the job and got started within minutes. They were like a well oiled machine kept on moving and had everything loaded in a short period of time. Excellent customer service and I felt very well taken care of. Thank you 1st Rate TEAM!
