This facility was very clean and made our trips in and out so easy. The staff is amazing and soo friendly. Will highly recommend Cool Spring Storage to anybody in the future and if we ever need storage again this is the first place I will call.

Moving is a hassle in itself but when I realized I needed a storage unit they made the process so easy. They keep watchful eye over all the units as I left mine open one day but got a call to tell me so that I could come right over to take care of it. Very Friendly girls in the office to help with my questions and moving out was just as easy.. no problems no hassle, just give notice, remove your items and clean out your unit....all done .
