Susan was awesome! She was very efficient not for only our first unit, but for the second one we hadn’t foreseen needing, but did need, within 24 hours, as well!

I was desperately looking for a storage unit at the end of the month and needed a very large one. I went to the website and found all the information I needed. It was late on a Saturday and I made a call and within five minutes I had the storage I needed, she even had a lock for me to purchase which saved me another stop. The enrollment process was so easy over the phone all of the documents that I needed were sent to my email immediately. Exceeded my expectations.
