Susan, the manager at this location, has been extremely helpful to us in our transition from Maryland to Delaware. My house sold in 3 days and went to closing within one month. I fortunately had started my move a couple of months in advance, but even so, found myself in need of two additional units pronto! I have 3, 10x20 and 1, 10x10 units. Susan kept me posted when additional units became available. She has been a tremendous help to us. The facility is also very nice. Susan does an excellent job in keeping the place neat. My only complaint is about the duration of the motion activated lights in the climate controlled units. The lights stay on for a very short time...so you're left in the dark inside your unit. This really needs to be corrected.
