What a smooth and easy experience! When you’re moving the last thing you may is added hassle and the staff at this location made it so easy! They are always pleasant, very helpful and go above and being to be cordial and supportive. The area is always tidy and the units clean.

The girls in the office are absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, friendly and so so helpful. They went out of their way to assist me with movers that arrived at the Cool Springs Storage ahead of schedule. While we were still in the state of Washington I received a call from our movers they were ready to unload at the storage unit but he forgot the key to my unit. I called the girls at the office and explained my situation. They sprung into action by providing me with another unit, a new lock and told me they will guide the movers to the unit. After the movers completed the move into the unit, I called the Cool Springs after hours and left a message for them to lock the unit. Kara drove from her home to my unit to place the lock on the storage unit. Can you believe that? They even prepared the paperwork and told me not to worry about signing until I was in network range. If not, wait til I got to Delaware. That’s superb customer service. That’s real service! Thank you girls!

Facility is clean and well kept, staff has been great to work with and excellent access hours.
