Warms my heart to walk the halls with my sister and have the staff call out their pet names for her. Her personality is unique, and the staff are always finding more unique ways to care for her.

Mgmt. presence needed on weekends/holidays.Rattle of busing dining tables too soon is jarring.Staff attitudes are pleasant.

Insure that showers are provided on days they are scheduled. Trash cans don't always have a trash liner after the bags are removed. Instructions should be given to staff members on how medical devices should be used such as hearing aids and Cpaps machines.

The employees that I have dealt with have been very pleasant and caring. The food could be better. As far as care, we have to ask repeatedly for things that are included in our fees such as bathing and room cleaning.
