Making an appointment was questionable. Someone called me from Dr. Wallach’s office and said he wanted to see me Friday or Monday. I needed to call my husband to see which worked. When I called back to make the appointment for Friday I was speaking to a gentleman and he said there are no appointments I would have to wait until November 4 at 4:00. Which I did. But no one told me I had to have the image to bring with me. So a 2 hour ride there and 2 hour drive home was overwhelming. Dr. Wallach was as always kind caring and accommodating. I would just say a little more training in conversation for schedulers.
