When I set up the appointment on the phone, I was explicit that my right shoulder was the issue. I referenced an MRI I had done of my right shoulder.The scheduler set up an appointment with your spine specialist instead of your shoulder specialist completely wasting my time and causing me to endure another week of pain. Extremely frustrating, extremely frustrating.

Mt Vernon hospital will not schedule MRI appointments without a faxed copy of the order. This is what I found out after waiting 57 minutes on hold. I have requested your scheduler to fax a copy of your order. Failing that I will have to go to the hospital and get my order scammed in.

Dr Wallach and his staff were all amazing. My examination was thorough and everyone listened to me and discussed my issues in detail. I’ve never seen such a positive practice where the patient is clearly as center focused as they are here.

ONLY PROBLEM I FOUND WAS THE EASY ACCESS TO THE PARKING OF THE BUILDING... IF THIS IS A LOCATION FOR ORTHOPEDIC PATIENTS.... WHY IS THERE ONLY 2 PARKING SPOTS FOR HANDICAP PATIENTS ... I HAD TO WALK ABOUT 125 FEET FROM THE BUILDING TO PARK, WHEN I DID GET TO THE BUILDING MAIN LOBBY I WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF BREATH .... YOU NEED TO TAKE ALL THOSE SPACES IN THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND CONVERT THEM ALL TO HANDICAP SPACES ....
