The only reason I have a fair on the resolution of my injury is, I believe Workmen’s Comp. made me wait so long to get medical attention that it just can’t be fixed now but we’re still trying

I appreciate Dr. Walloch’s candor and direction regarding my workers comp issues and how ridiculous the process has been.

I arrived at 8:30am for 9am appt, but the PA didn’t meet with me until closer to 10am. Which is fine and totally understandable because medicine doesn’t always follow a schedule.But it’s a challenge to fulfill my own professional commitments when I’m working with people who don’t adhere to their committed schedule. I also fully understand that you have to see a certain number of patients a day to remain profitable. But maybe more realistic time boxing of appts could help keep the office more on schedule. (Again, this is super minor but an opportunity for improvement and you did ask for feedback. Sorry and please don’t hate me!)
