PA Denny is exceptional. Support staff members are very professional. Sign-on to patient portal is confusing.

Caress is great and I left knowing that she understood the pain I was experiencing was real.

The Shirlington office is difficult to find using GPS, including the app WAYS. The GPS apps continuously direct users onto the freeway instead of continuing over the highway into Shirlington. Perhaps this location should explain the unique challenge first-time visitors will experience locating the building when using GPS.

PA-c Karess Denny for Dr. c. Wallach was excellent, she knew exactly what was going on and how to treat ailment, she was so patient, kind and understanding, also the nurse who came in to do assessment, she to was kind, patient and helpful. First time expressions are lasting expressions

Karess is great -- professional, courteous, informative.

Dr wallach explained in detail my options of treatment. He did not appear to be rushed .In addition he handled himself in a very caring and professional manner.

From check in to leaving it’s all a great experience, the female nurse today was lovely and Carlos is always a pleasure to see. Dr. Wallach is wonderful and so is Karess
