So relieved to be treated in a respectful manner and to hear straight talk, adult to adult, about my back symptoms. Dr. Wallach was practical, direct, friendly and related to what I was saying. Nothing starchy here and no confusing medical jargon! His assistant was an important part of me feeling welcome, too, with his friendliness, warmth and excellent manners. I felt taken care of and really heard. It was a pleasure. Thank you all sincerely.

I had an appointment with the PA, but when she wasn’t sure of an answer, she went and got the doctor. I was very appreciative of the teamwork.

The only reason I have a fair on the resolution of my injury is, I believe Workmen’s Comp. made me wait so long to get medical attention that it just can’t be fixed now but we’re still trying
