I was self-referred many years ago and have seen several surgeons.

My provider, Donna, understood me, and I understood her. She was a good listener. Carlos was welcoming and set the tone for the visit.

Donna Davis was very educational, professional, and answered questions thoroughly.

I appreciate Dr. Walloch’s candor and direction regarding my workers comp issues and how ridiculous the process has been.

I arrived at 8:30am for 9am appt, but the PA didn’t meet with me until closer to 10am. Which is fine and totally understandable because medicine doesn’t always follow a schedule.But it’s a challenge to fulfill my own professional commitments when I’m working with people who don’t adhere to their committed schedule. I also fully understand that you have to see a certain number of patients a day to remain profitable. But maybe more realistic time boxing of appts could help keep the office more on schedule. (Again, this is super minor but an opportunity for improvement and you did ask for feedback. Sorry and please don’t hate me!)
