Making an appointment was questionable. Someone called me from Dr. Wallach’s office and said he wanted to see me Friday or Monday. I needed to call my husband to see which worked. When I called back to make the appointment for Friday I was speaking to a gentleman and he said there are no appointments I would have to wait until November 4 at 4:00. Which I did. But no one told me I had to have the image to bring with me. So a 2 hour ride there and 2 hour drive home was overwhelming. Dr. Wallach was as always kind caring and accommodating.I would just say a little more training in conversation for schedulers.

Dr. Wallach is always very knowledgeable and warm. He explains every thing perfectly in easy to understand terms. Plus, for me, it's like seeing a trusted friend who is my best back/spine doctor. He and his team are superlative!

Excellent service and Representatives

I was very impressed by Dr. Wallach's relaxed yet professional manner. He talked to me directly in terms I understood, not jargon. He found out what my problems were, told me the next steps and what results to expect from treatment. I liked very much that he dictated his notes in my presence and asked for my concurrence and any additions. It gave me confidence that I really knew what to expect next.

Wow. I’m so impressed! Truly ***everyone*** with whom I interacted was thoroughly professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly ~ the front desk, doc’s assistant, and Dr. Wallach himself. I’ve always known they’re the best in our area, but this visit to the Arlington office was exceptional!

Happy with this option

This was a better visit with Dr. Wallach's PA Donna. She was not dismissive like the first visit and answered my questions. I still believe that she truly didn't understand how much pain I have been in and how debilitating it has been, especially over the last several months. The pain ebbs and flows and is quite fatiguing. I am looking forward to my next appointment when I can actually see Dr. Wallach.
