Front the front desk, to intake nurses, to the treating medical staff (NP, Dr.).everyone is professional and welcoming. I don't ever feel rushed or confused about my condition and well informed about the next steps in my treatment. The fact that my pain has significantly decreased is "icingon the cake" for me.

Dr. Wallach is the absolute best. I have been going to him for various back and neck issues and he has resolved every problem. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone with neck, back and spine problems.

The building only has handicap access over the curb at one entrance of the Shirlington office. Very hard to get into the building, had to ask a stranger for help.

This visit was exactly what I was hoping for—a thoughtful analysis of the situation, a clear explanation of what I needed, answers to all my questions, and a “game plan” going forward. Great advice throughout—I could not have asked for anything else!

The doctors, nurses, and techs care for you as a person. They're wonderful and I refer to Dr. Wallach as my "spine angel." Eveeytime I've needed help, he's been able to do so, even over 13 years! Best spine doctor/surgeon ever!!

Donna Palles was very good. She explained everything very well so I could understand all the information presented. She showed the MRI and went through it thoroughly. As well as being very professional she was very personable and made me feel relaxed.
