The check in process was very slow. Only one person was checking folks in, and she also had to help people who were checking out. It took too long to be able to check in. Also, I could find no parking close to the Yellow entrance. I had to park around the building closer to the emergency room. I hope valet parking will. E brought back soon.

Best visit, Dr Wallach was so concerned for me, and making a plan for me to deal with the pain andoro less at hand. He went above and beyond to bring attention to a problem I wasn't aware of.

Scheduling is an issue when one is in pain and must wait 6 weeks to see a provider. Providers are great - that includes physician associates.

I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and wasn’t seen till 30 minutes past my appointment time. I realize doctors/schedules can be overcome by events. To manage my time expectations, the receptions can provide me, after checking in, an estimate on how far the doctors is running behind. Other offices do this and it makes a world of difference. Thank you.

Dr Wallach is a caring physician who takes time to answer all questions and provides detailed explanations that are readily understood. His request for additional MRIs resulted in the detection of other areas of my spine that were in deteriorated conditions that may have gone undetected.

Previously had two knee replacements from dr Azeri. Both surgeries and care were excellent!
