Being unavailable on the telephone from 12-1:30 is inconvenient for your customers. You could at least have a voicemail option or stagger lunch hours.

I have been coming to see Dr Wallach since 2012. My treatment has exceeded my expectations. The check in process needs improvement at the front desk. Three pts arrived at the same time and there was not a process for signing in. We were all bunched together near the desk. It was hard for some patients to stand. And to determine whose turn it was. There should be a sign in sheet. The clerk needs to be more welcoming.

I am a great fan of the Anderson Clinic owing to my excellent experiences with Dr. Engh and his staff. At Dr Wallach’s everyone was personable, helpful, professional and trying very hard to keep things moving along. However, everyone and everything seemed to be quite rushed and hectic which was a little disconcerting for my initial visit. But I’m sure there was good reason for it that day and I look forward to my next visit being less so. Many thanks for all you do at Anderson Clinic.

Dr Wallach performed his magic once again - thank you! I have been a patient of Dr Wallach for almost four years and he keeps me going! Thanks also to his PA Ms Rowe, who provides excellent guidance and followup on my spinal issue. BTW, also patient of Drs Engh, Fricka, Lovallo and Branche. Because of them and their staffs, I can walk, ski, golf and stay active at almost 80!
