It was a very professional and personable team. They were efficient and answered all my questions and encouraged me to contact them with any other questions that may arise. Dr. Wallach spent quite a bit of time with me which is so rare in this day and age. I was impressed all around.

One of the persons at the front desk was cold and rude. She first told me she would be with me shortly (with a not pleasant tone and even looking at me). After standing in front of her for a couple of minutes she looks over to her coworker and asked her to help me. Again, without looking at me and this time without addressing me at all. I just moved over to the next person for help. I find this to be unprofessional and rude. She needs customer service training.

Will be waiting to determine whether the meds helps my problem.

Dr. Corey Wallach is an excellent orthopedic physician surgeon who is cordial and polite and who comes right to the point who told me what I need to know. He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He referred me to two other back surgeons to get a second opinion.
