Everyone there was super helpful. My first contact on the phone with Arielle was great! She was very informative, understood what I was looking for and quickly came up with options for me. She gave me the owner’s cell and I called him at 8 pm and he was most gracious and solved my issue right then!

Jane is the first employee you meet when entering the service area. She’s very friendly and knows her job well. Made for a very positive experience.Very friendly courteous service. Was provided updated information during visit. Waiting area clean and customer friendly.

We recommended Rick to our daughter four years ago. Her lease is nearly up and she is going to talk to Rick about her next car.I had two previous Outlanders and I was very happy with the service and the comfort of the cars. The manager, Rick Robert was the reason I chose to drive to Cornerstone Mitsubishi rather than a closer dealership. He is knowledgeable and attentive and his staff anticipated my questions before I asked them.

Let another customer's needs take precedence because that other customer was rude, very loud and ignorant. This service person rewarded this ignorant person's behavior with immediate attention before my 7 am vehicle. Very unprofessional and not a good look. I voiced my concern to him already.I have to call a few times to get an appointment, as the "automated service" just kept doing a loop on the phone "what day would you like to schedule your appointment" and once I gave the computer the day I preferred, it answered "not able to ......" and brought me back to "would you like the first available date". It seems they would rather waste my time than pay a real person.While I waited for my service, the old man at the service counter entered into a very loud conversation with another customer about the state of the economy and how there was going to be a recession due to all this mismanagement (and other political commentary). It was obvious this man was a President Trump hater. I do not get service done at Mitsubishi so that I can encounter someone's political bias about a sitting President. Disgusting that this is allowed on company time and without earshot of all the customers. Very unprofessional.
