My vehicle is terrific. I bought the car mostly because of the advanced powertrain and good experience with rentals in the past. It has alot more character than the competition, but Mitsubishi needs to upgrade the fuel efficiency. But Cornerstone is definitely worth the drive !Lovely people, clean facility, prompt and friendly service. Generally very friendly, helpful and capable

The family and friendly atmosphere was most definitely appreciated and a selling point for such an important and expensive decision to be made. There was no pressure selling, and I felt like I had choices and understanding on what i wanted to accomplish. Kudos to the entire Cornerstone contingent. Looks like a nice place to work as well.From the beginning of the process right to the end it was seamless, stress free, and a friendly environment. I like that the owner took the time to talk to me as well. I can see that going forward that the services in the future will be top notch and organized.

Maybe I missed the sign for parking. Small area but they have no recycle bins for cans so they dumpster dive for cans.Not this time but one time a piece of my car was on the floor of my car. When I went back in the guy looked at me put it back under my seat. Someone forgot to put the part back.Have people work and know what they are talking about. Poorly run no one seems to know what's going on. Print proper paperwork and have contracts print out. Hire knowledgeable people who know how to run a business. People need to work and be aware of what's going on. No yelling at customers.Same as above would not honor my tire contract. Was yelled ay by owner no return call etc. I will not return to that dealership. Family owned but they make their own hours and are only nice when you are buying a car.Read above. Sometimes social media is good.One person seems to know about cars but she's not always working. Workers need a refresher course on how to talk with clients and get familiar with their product.ONE female knows what she is talking about some men have no clue.

My only disappointment was that they forgot to change my battery in my key fob...Just double check what's on the paperwork to fix...Good people; good mechanics; very efficient
