This car started to have the alert first. I scheduled an appointment for the weekend but unfortunately this vehicle quickly got stalled. Jane was very helpful to my adult son who usually drives this car and gave him clear instructions to safely tow the car to your place.

The only thing I have a problem with ,when I get an oil change which has been around 6 times they never vacuumed the front of the vehicle and it says on the board that vacuum is included.They take care of things right away.

I really enjoyed working with Bill and his family.Actually when it came to picking up the new car, Bill was in Italy. But his kids knew everything that was going on even though he was not there. Great family!This is a family business and everyone knows everyone else. They treat you like family. Honstly they do. And Bill the owner, very personable.

Quick and excellent customer service

I'm not "less than satisfied". I'm just not "Very Satisfied". The thing I hate most about buying cars is the very notion that there's room for negotiation. In my opinion, auto dealers would do better to be completely transparent about everything that goes into the cost of a vehicle and then add on a fair commission.There's a good bunch of people at Cornerstone. We're satisfied.The team was patient, courteous and happy to answer our questions.The survey requires answers for all questions - I really have no idea about WiFi or other amenities although I did use the toilet. :-) The facility is fine... it's just not shiny and new and "Very Satisfying".
