The only comment I would make - and this is for Mitsubishi Company NOT Cornerstone - is that this software update changed some of the displays and functions. A briefing sheet would have been appreciated.Excellent friendly complete service with recommendation on item needed but not expected,

One thing I like about this dealer ship is "no pressure buy". You are presented with all the details and explained everything and its on your terms.... no high pressure sales "if you do not fix this its a safety issue for your family". That is why its my 3rd Mitsubishi from this dealership, 6th mitsubishi in total :)Great service as always, you are treated like a family member here

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Cornerstone Mitsubishi for more than a decade, and for good reason: they offer fantastic cars and have a team of professional, friendly salespeople who never make us feel pressured. Tori, Bill, and Will were exceptional; they were so professional and a pleasure to work with. As we were concluding our leases on our 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Sports, we decided to lease two Outlander PHEVs, which we hadn't even considered before. Tori and Bill provided us with valuable insights on the impressive performance of the PHEV and explained how it operates. Personally, I don't believe New England is quite ready for fully electric vehicles, but I must say the Hybrid is an excellent choice. Having both electric and gas options turned out to be much better than we initially thought. We are extremely satisfied with our new leases. Thank you, Tori, Bill, and Will, for guiding us through the leasing process and making it so easy. We look forward to seeing you for maintenance and again in three years when our leases are up!I have been buying/leasing cars at Cornerstone for over a decade and have always had great experience. We have purchased / leased more than ten cars from Cornerstone. There is a reason why — Bill Cimino (especially), his family and the other folks he has working for / with him are terrific. I will attribute this to Bill's leadership and care. Cornerstone is the only car dealership I have dealt with (in over forty years) that doesn't act like the proverbial car dealership.
