I am satisfied with the move in process and their timely response to my concerns. Though, I do believe more detailed initial info about the residence could have been provided to me; The unit did need some minor repairs that were not disclosed during the tour or prior to lease signing. I was not told that I would need to request a new mailbox key myself and hold mail for a couple months. In addition, I was not initially given a trash room key until a couple weeks in and was not told that garage access to my parking spot required the ButterflyMX app (and therefore an internet connection while in the basement). I was luckily able to consult with neighbors in the complex to get all this info. I want to put in a good word for Daniel Braceros who I was able to reach out to directly and for his continued follow ups on my behalf during my first weeks. Overall, I am very happy with the residence and hope to be here for a while.

The contactless move in was amazing. Only thing that I would've liked is for the pre-inspection of the house would have been in person to be present and be more convenient for us to let the inspector know of little details in the house. I think it is more efficient to have the tennants and inspector inspect the house.

Staff were helpful. Answered all questions. The only glitch was that the lockbox was difficult to open. Otherwise, the move in process was good.

Overall the experience was good, however there were some details that can be improved. Dishwasher wasn´t working, still waiting for it to be repaired Smart locks cannot be configured as they are still under the account of the owner, no invite code, or reset has been provided Only 1 set of keys making it challenging to coordinate schedules at home. Would have been great to have a quick setup guide for the rest of the smart features at home rather than just the name of the apps

Everything was pretty smooth except the portal says your are late when you are not. That doesn't make you feel very good. They should update and correct that about their portal.

Very punctual responses to calls and emails. Thorough review of application and supportive when questions arose. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly by professionals.
