Everything was pretty smooth except the portal says your are late when you are not. That doesn't make you feel very good. They should update and correct that about their portal.

Very punctual responses to calls and emails. Thorough review of application and supportive when questions arose. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly by professionals.

Everything was really good with Cornerstone’s service except that during the viewing, the agent said the house has air conditioning when it doesn’t. Because the listing had other incorrect information, I assumed it was also wrong about a/c and trusted the agent. I should have noticed there was no unit outside but it was a busy time. It’s not a huge deal as we probably would have still chosen this place but I think there should be more care in checking the facts before answering questions.
