The best thing I can say about Cornerstone is that they are invisible. To some that may sound like a poor rating, but when you really trust their ability to manage your properties, you find that they can completely remove the burden of the required day-to-day management tasks. Some months I even forget that they are there behind the scenes doing all the work...that is, until I receive that glorious monthly infusion into my bank account. :-)

Excellent service and communication during remodel and rental process. Then we had a big water leak while on vacation and Cornerstone took care of everything even getting HOA to pay for plumbing repair! We are very pleased.

I have been exceptionally pleased with Cornerstone for 12 years for 2 properties. They have done repairs, renovations, termite tenting and one necessary eviction where I lost only minimal money. I will turn over my other properties when they turnover. They respond to my questions. I managed the properties myself so I know the business.
