Everything was really good with Cornerstone’s service except that during the viewing, the agent said the house has air conditioning when it doesn’t. Because the listing had other incorrect information, I assumed it was also wrong about a/c and trusted the agent. I should have noticed there was no unit outside but it was a busy time. It’s not a huge deal as we probably would have still chosen this place but I think there should be more care in checking the facts before answering questions.

During the rental application process, it was hard to get ahold of the property management. Also, I have not received confirmation of the walk through being received, or when the items on the walk through checklist would be fixed

The electrician was wonderful; it just took a little bit of prodding and patience to get communication and coordination going.

This review is for McKenzie Marker. Cornerstone has managed my rental property for close to 5 years. I have often thought about switching to a different company because of communication issues with employees. They were usually hard to get ahold of or would not get back to me sometimes at all. This time, McKenzie has assisted me with my lease renewal and I am happy to stay with Cornerstone as long as she is my contact person. She provided excellent service as she responds to emails in a timely manner and is very helpful and professional. She also follows up with you once the tenant has signed the lease renewal and sends you a copy of the signed document. The last time my lease was renewed, (before McKenzie helped me) the person from Cornerstone never got back to me to let me know the tenant signed to renew the lease. I only found out it had been renewed when I received a payment in my account. Thank you McKenzie! You deserve a raise and a promotion!
