So far it has been a good experience. The only issues have been scheduling repairs with the homeowner but we understand the issue and the limits for Cornerstone.

Overall, a very respectful, and user friendly experiance. Maintenance Requests are responded to promptly and resolved in a timely manner.

Instead of send an email with the information about where to find the keys maybe a text would be better some of us do not check emails on thier phone and the laptop was already packed up,

From inquiry, application to move in this has it has been such an easy move in. Once moved in the response time for questions we had was quick and courteous. Staff is amazing.

Cornerstone and Brad Bonnifield have done an excellent job managing the property I rent: friendly, responsive, competent assistance, when needed!!! I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend their services!

Cornerstone property management team was very helpful easy to communicate with through email & phone really cool way to be innovative during these Covid times easy move in was awesome as well super appreciate this property team definitely recommend!!!!

Would be nice to know who I can speak to about neighbors smoking on the property. their recreational smoking is getting into my apartment when the windows are open. APT 4 and APT 7.
