Instead of send an email with the information about where to find the keys maybe a text would be better some of us do not check emails on thier phone and the laptop was already packed up,

From inquiry, application to move in this has it has been such an easy move in. Once moved in the response time for questions we had was quick and courteous. Staff is amazing.
