Fast, friendly, responsive service!

We were happy with Cornerstone Property Management for multiple reasons. They were upfront and efficient in the application process. We liked how professional they were. We appreciated being able to do things like reviewing the contract and making payments online. Our only concern has been with service items. Getting the initial appointment for service repairs have been quick but the total time for repairs has been quite long. Possibly due to necessary follow ups not happening, but this could be resolved with a bit of proactive transparency. Possibly on both ends. Communications aren't as snappy as younger generations may be used to, but it's been solid so far. Our local representative(Long) is friendly and approachable. We like him. Everyone we have interacted with have been courteous and professional.

Brad Bonnifield and Cornerstone managed my property for years so it was only natural to have this company help me to sell my property. Brad and I brainstormed and we came up with a plan on how to make the property show well so we could get top dollar which we did exactly that! Eternally grateful for his help in navigating the sell!

Due to some issues that have come up with the property, they have been great in working on getting things resolved and have been understanding where my needs are concerned. They are always responsive and contact me in preparation of workers showing up. Thank you.
