We are using Cornerstone Property Management to rent out our condo and have had a great experience so far. They were able to rent our place out in a reasonable timeframe and everything has been taken care of! It's nice to have the peace of mind knowing that our property is being managed by a great team.

Matters are quickly resolved and communication has generally been proactive and prompt. A little bit more coordination between the staff will move the rating to 5 stars. Generally pleased with the level of service.

Not sure which performance we are rating. Fence is great and walls and flooring are fixed. Due to the un-even flooring some of the flooring is cracking.

All members of staff very helpful and responsive. Contractors for repair and maintenance often top price for the extent of the job.

For 7 years, Cornerstone provided consistent high quality service. Tenet turn over was minimized, with excellent quality renters. The payments monthly were prompt and documentation of all transactions were clear and thorough. The annual reporting was prompt and easily accessible for tax purposes. Cornerstone is an excellent Property Management company and is appreciated.
