Courtney was amazing! I will be moving in Sept.4th!

This was our first time ever scheduling a emergency request as a walk in in the leasing office without having a request submitted before walking in and I really appreciate that it was done so quickly! I hope it could be the same for simple maintenance requests.

The maintenance personnel were great. The air went out twice in the same day and each time I called and left a message, they were there. Mind you it was their day off and the day after a major holiday. The next business day, they checked it again to make sure it was working, and even stopped back before leaving for the day to ensure it was still working properly. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable in this heat.

Entire building is infested with roachesManagement does not want to help in any way whatsoever

Yall left an incredible mess behind and it got all over our beds and my children’s toys.

Thomas was very friendly, patient, answered all my questions and he was extremly professional. 😊😊
