Since Eduardo has taken charge of maintenance, things are actually getting fixed quickly and correctly. He was here to fix my sink the same day (unheard of in the past) and he came back when I realized the stopper was also broken. I wish everything about CR was as good as maintenance under Eduardo.

They never came to my apartment to correct the issues

This was NOT a maintenance request. It was a Leasing Office request to ask the owners of the bright green car that is attached to one of the guys who cone and go from Apartment 1312 (first floor of the 13 building) to STOP working on the car in the parking lot. They have sharp tools and parts scattered all over where the kids play and leave an oily mess. This is a lease violation and a safety hazard.
