I made the app't on phone with Trayvon, service agent. When I arrived, the appointment did not show up on the schedule. It really didn't delay the process because I was the first customer in and the agent in charge checked me in as a walk-in. I just was concerned why the app't I made wasn't put on the schedule.I waited for the service to be done.

I did asked the advisor for information on one of the panels that fell off my car. I wanted to know how much it would cost to replace. she said she would get back to me with information and I never heard back

The system was not match with the actual service center and my appointment was not showing. I had to wait until the could take my car in.Again, my appointment was not on their system even thought I had verification on my phone

Ignacio Molina is a great salesman demonstrating care and compassion. He tried to be as transparent as possible and he was helpful in explaining some of the perks of the vehicle I purchased. I felt I could trust him.I was given a price for the car but not told that would change until I got to finance manager and then it changed again. Easy fix. Openly let the person buying the car what could change in price so there are no surprisesHad a great buying experience.
