If we could rate 1000 we would! My mother purchased her 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage back then brand new as well. I did not have such a good experience at Autonation so she was the one who told me to come over here.Samer aka Sam had greeted us at the door from the second. We drove up. My mom immediately was drawn to him and said he had a good ora about him. And was she right! I drove out there with a new 2025 outlander platinum and it is the best of the best. Sam treated us like family. He even gave us barbecue plates because we were hungry. we recommend all our friends and family and just anyone to come visit this dealership and talk to Sam. He is just the best.

I love the fact that the parts department went above and beyond for my back windshield wiper that was broken. I previously ordered in July but was back ordered then turn out it was the wrong part so after that I received it and it was perfect!! Thank you again part department!!Improvement: communication between the service porter and your dealership departments. Customers should always come first, your customers should never have to wait more then 30 minutes for pick up after they received a call that their vehicle is ready.I love how easy it is to make an appointment online and how the service department always keeps up with what my 2023 Mitsubishi eclipse routine maintenance and how Carfax notification are updated. Customer service is outstanding and I definitely trust this department with my Eclipse!Thank you service department!!
