The error message service needed soon still displays when I turn on the vehicle, so I think they just forgot. But it's a minor nuisance.I think they staff and the shop is very professional. I have always been treated with respect and I have not had any problems overall with any of my service visits.Most of my family has mitsubishi's already and they had radio issues also so I don't think I could convince anyone to get another one.

Started an hour, it was almost 3The first service advisor seen was a pompous ass…the manager just as badJust all around terrible! Never in my life will I return to cortese at all….TerribleHad to come back for a different radio again another week out because the first one was “broken” after having an appt scheduled 3 weeks beforehandJust terrible all of the way around
