I found everyone to be kind, understanding, and helpful The office was clean and well organized. It was one of my better experiences at the dentist

when I called to see if I could get an answer, they were so kind snd helpful. Then they made an appointment to see the doctor in just a few hours.

Fairly efficient, though it could be better with internal communication. For my last two visits, it didn’t seem like they knew why I was coming in. Just now, the text message said it was my first time coming to the office. It all seems fairly impersonal.

Horrible. I wasn’t aware that I was walking into a pressure situation where I was going to be asked to spend extra money for a basic teeth cleaning. On top of that the whole process took 1.5 hours and I didn’t even get to meet with the dentist because I had to get back to work. I also never received a teeth polish like you normally get when going for a cleaning. I have 3 other team members that go to the same dentist and I asked all of them if their teeth were polished and they were. I have never gone in for a cleaning and had blood all over my bib that was around my neck. On top of allll of this I had to pay 230 bucks to go through this horrible experience. I immediately called when I got home and cancelled my next appt

Visit 4:7/26insurance wasn’t checked until during visit- luckily I had coverage2nd I had the uncomfortable situation of being told I had something wrong and an expensive tx was needed that I couldn’t afford. I was made to sign a non compliance form: insult to injury. as a medical professional I know unnecessary. whole experience felt $ driven . while the hygienist was worried for initial gingiva disease the dentist only came in to sell Invisalign- not once mentioning the hygienist concerns
