I never knew this kind of services existed. My first time being at a SNF and I can assure you this is the best one. The Rehab team is amazing they are very attentive. Food is so good. Would come back if needed so.

I like the care of the facility. CNAs are helpful and the nurseing staff is good. Food is fantastic. Cottonwood Canyon does a good job..

Amazing facility. I had left hip surgery and let me tell you this place is great. Therapy team here at Cottonwood is fantastic. The only thing i was disappointed in was therapy was not available on the weekend. Food was great, staff very helpful.

Cottonwood Canyon is a place of healing. Nice quiet clean facility. Staff is nice and friendly. I felt relaxed and good here. I don't have any complaints or dislikes what so ever.

Food is great, actually its more then expected its excellent. Staff is amazing i always get my meds on time. Overall the care at this facility is very good.

I love this facility. I would give 10 stars if i could be the highest star is to 5. I like the nurses all the staff their very friendly. The CNA"s help me with all needs. The get me up always attentive. Food is great Cottonwood is awesome.

The beds are very comfortable. Its a place for healing body mind and soul. I feel safe here at Cottonwood. Everyone greets you and asks about your day and how you are doing. Definitely would come back.

The staff at Cottonwood Canyon has been very nice to me. I have problems with my speech and Adam the speech therapist is excellent. he is so patient with me and i love that. The food is ok not a big fan but i guess they do their best.
