The facilities staff is very nice. Therapy team is awesome. Every time they pick me up from my room and take me to therapy I get very excited, because the ambiance in therapy is very fun and they make me laugh so much. Clara is my favorite Therapist she sis awesome. i recommend this place to anyone who is in need of therapy.

My stay at Cottonwood was great. This is my first experience at a skilled nursing facility and i assure you that it was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful in every way possible. I would definitely come back and recommend it to any one who needs medical help.

It was a pleasure to have my mother at Cottonwood Canyon. The staff was attentive to all needs and concerns. If I were to go back to a Skilled Nursing Facility I would definitely choose Cotton Wood Canyon Health Care Center. I just love it there. I am really thankful that this place exist. I feel comfortably knowing that my mother is being well taken care of.

Staffing is wonderful. Alexis the CNA i really think she should receive employee if the month she is a sweetheart as well as Maria she is amazing . Benjamin the Med Nurse is good and nice with my mother. Physical Therapy has done such a great job with my mother. I would definitely recommend Cottonwood Canyon to someone else.

This facility was recommend by our family Dr. Everyone is very nice to my husband. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that is in very bad shape because they help you. Thanks to the wonderful staff that is attentive to my husband. The food is not that great. Thank You Cottonwood Team!

Everyone in the facility is pleasant. The team takes so much care of my father, I just love it. Unfortunately as soon as his therapy is over hes has to leave, but i would really like it if stays here at Cotton Wood. Everyone does just a fantastic job.

I like the staff, everyone puts up with me quite well. CNA's are patient, caring, concerned and informative. Every time that I have a question they always have a answer and if they don't know they always find out. They like to pick on me, but kinda of in a funny way . I think its funny and i like to play around, I'm a jokester. I've never been in a Skilled Nursing environment, but i gotta say that other facilities in the world should gladly come in to Cotton Wood Canyon and take pictures of this place and see what a real Skilled Nursing Facility should look like. It takes a lot of good people with a good heart to take care of people like me.

This facility is Great! I like everyone. I like the food , kitchen staff does its best to give its best quality everyday. Housekeepers are friendly, maintenance on there toes everyday. There's nothing to dislike of the Facility. Chaunon (DON) and her staff are amazing. I feel welcome every time I enter the facility Jessica and Brittany the receptionest are the most friendliest people ever.

I forgot to mention Melissa ( Social Worker) is the most patient person i have met. She is compassionate about the residents and family members. Jeanette ( Activities Director) always has good things going on for the residents. Josh ( Administrator ) manages his team well, he's like a coach always motivating everyone. Morgan ( Dietitian) always caring for everyone. Cotton wood is like a family. This being my first Skilled Nursing experience i can not imagine another facility exceeding the care like Cotton Wood. I've witnessed a lot there and i am impressed.

Cottonwood Canyon's workers are friendly. Especially my husbands CNA . She's the most nicesest person ever. Unfortunately I don't know her name but she's the sweetest she can be. Food is the only down part.
