Never been in a place like this before. Care and staff her id great. Therapy team by far is amazing. Food is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help.

This is the first time my mother has been in a SNF. Let me tel, you its great. Food is fantastic! Therapy team does such a amazing job. I would definitely come back of needed to.

Place is ok not that bad. Im just in for rehab. I need to get strong enough to go home. Food is ok Therapy is alright.

My stay her so far has been very good. Everyone treats me well. Therapy team does such an amazing job. Food is ok. I would definitely would come back if needed to.

My experience her at Cottonwood was great. I never expected it to be this way. Therapy team was wonderful and so helpful. When i arrived I was very nervous and scared jut because of things you here that happen in a SNF. With time i got very comfortable and I made a few friends.. I am really going to miss everyone as soon as I get discharged.

I like it here, everyone does a good job to take care of all the patients. Its not that easy being a working in a SNF. Place i clean and everyone is very friendly. I would definitely come back.

Staff has been very helpful. Therapy team is beyond good. The facility is extremely clean. Housekeeping is on it everyday in my room cleaning.
