I came in with a wound and its getting better. Wound Nurse knows what she is doing and that makes me feel comfortable. Food is great as well as the the staff. Good place.

I love it here. Everyone is good to me. The staff is wonderful. I live here at CCHC. I have never had an issue with anyone. Food is fantastic. Activities are amazing . I love it.

This is my first time experiencing a Skilled Nursing Facility and believe me its scary. I didnt know what to expect. so i decided to give it a try. Believe me the service her eat Cottonwood is great. Therapy team is amazing. They have alot of patience with me and work at my pace. I would definitely come back if i needed to.

I get along with my roommates. Therapy is good. Food is delicious. I just want to get strong so i can go back home.

I dont have anything bad to say about this place. everyone has been extremely nice and helpful to me. Food is great staff is helpful. Would come back to CCHC.

Its my first time being at a SNF. Its not that bad. Therapy is so good with me. Food is OK. I would come back if i had to.

Employees are nice. Patients are funny and have good stories. The food is much better than hospital food. BINGO is so much fun. It gets kind of intensive at times. Outing are fun.

I love this facility. This is 3rd time I return to Cottonwood. The service here is wonderful. Therapy is great. Food is so good. Just the verity they have to offer is great.
