Staff refused to give my mother HER medicine. Medicine that was brought from home and medicine due received there. Even after assuring me they would get it to her, they still did not.

I just wasn’t sure how long I had to clear Mom’s room after she died.

Not enough staff, I think. When ringing the call bell, it takes several minutes for someone to respond.Nice activities.

Went to Pathway

Lack of communication has always been my complaint.

My mom has good mind but many of the communications were emailed to me, my mom would had preferred more one on one communications with her because she does not use computers.

I arrived shortly after mom did. No one really explained anything. To be fair, it was at night, and she had been living in Pathways, so maybe that was why. I still do not know how long she will be there or her care plan, and it has been 3 days...

Bethlehem rehab has been nothing but a disappointment. Physical Therapy hampered as their portable oxygen cylinders not available. She is there to ensure she is able to walk to return to her assisted living apartment in Allentown and can't walk. Lost $5,000 hearing aid. Evening nurse failed to remove and place in charger and morning nurse had no left hearing aid to place in ear. Clothing lost and same outfit being worn day after day. Hard to believe same organization as Allentown.

Recommend more help removing possessions from all furniture in room.
