Better communication as to plan of care and discharge

I think it would be helpful to have a way of communicating who the social worker is further in advance of receiving the letter for the first meeting required by Medicare. Additionally, a few more direct care staff would be great. However, I recognize finding employees is challenging these days

We didn't have a discharge to home. Our Mother passed away.

Improving the attitude of some aids,

Once the family member arrives at the facility would be nice to receive a call to know they have arrived even if by text.

Very clean and accessible for patients and family

Staff refused to give my mother HER medicine. Medicine that was brought from home and medicine due received there. Even after assuring me they would get it to her, they still did not.

I just wasn’t sure how long I had to clear Mom’s room after she died.
