My only real negative comment is the fact that when my uncle needs rehab, he is sent to the Bethlehem facility and still gets charged for residing at the Allentown facility. I don't understand why he is charged for both facilities. I would appreciate some insight on that.

We are the family of the resident. We had zero orientation. We would have appreciated more guidance. We would try asking questions at the nursing desk but they were quite busy and usually couldn’t answer our questions anyway. Calling on the phone was also frustrating. Not always answered, and usually nobody knew nothing. Our loved one has poor memory so she could not tell us much about her care. We cannot answer the survey from resident’s perspective.We would have appreciated staff introducing themselves and knowing what their roles were.Our loved one did recovered her strength. She seems to have been treated with kindness. Fir that, we are grateful.

It was professional completely

Taking my mom for respite care was so easy and fast. Evetone is so nice and helpful.Although her TV did not work and the roommate said it hasn't worked in a while.

Discuss setting up doctor visits required by future nursing visits. Discuss receiving medicines used at the facility.

So far, every single team member has been so pleasant, helpful, and respectful. She had an absolutely horrible experience last month in rehab (KV, bethlehem) - but other than her not being home in her own apartment, her experience at CM has been wonderful. The PT & OT push her (in a good way), she enjoys the meals, and overall is, under the circumstances, quite comfortable and content. Thank you!
