I have too much to say. I have a five page letter I am sending. The bottom line is, I want to talk with someone in Corporate, not from the Allentown campus. You need to have written information for ALL people who are moving in, regardless of whether they were in Independent living or not. You need to have processes and procedures that are spelled out, so everyone has the same expectations. You need to plan and prepare for the inevitable flu outbreak. You need to start utilizing technology so that aides and everyone on staff has access to resident plan of care and you need a concierge in each building.you need to treat your current residents with the same respect you would treat a new customer.

The food was terrible. Over cooked or under cooked. Limited quantities. Seems like everything is premade.
