The tour was great. I just don’t think the property would work for my dad. He can’t walk far and there is no dining in building 3 and no gym in building 4.

I'm satisfied with the touring process, unfortunately the cost makes it next to impossible to consider.

I have too much to say. I have a five page letter I am sending. The bottom line is, I want to talk with someone in Corporate, not from the Allentown campus. You need to have written information for ALL people who are moving in, regardless of whether they were in Independent living or not. You need to have processes and procedures that are spelled out, so everyone has the same expectations. You need to plan and prepare for the inevitable flu outbreak. You need to start utilizing technology so that aides and everyone on staff has access to resident plan of care and you need a concierge in each building.you need to treat your current residents with the same respect you would treat a new customer.

This was my Mom’s home for 10 1/2 years. It is difficult to summarize that in stars or any other minimal online survey. A phone call might be better.
