Everyone that came into contact with our mother were very caring and treated our mother with kindness and compassion. All of the nurses, doctor, med techs, aids people that ran activities, housekeeping, receptionists, accounting, people that served her food and maintenance. The communication was also good, if we called with questions and the person was unavailable, they would get back to us.

It was fine for our purposes. If my parents agree to come for a tour I would like them to see some activities or a meal in progress. Lunch was just starting when we were there.

The staff is awesome. I'm very happy my mom was there.

Staff were mostly excellent - caring and thoughtful. Biggest issue is just lack of coverage (insufficient staff per resident due to no shows, vacations etc) and turnover in general.Apartments need serious renovation (more than just new floors) - remove the stove, get countertops and cabinets from the current century. Suggest expanding the bathroom by reducing the kitchenette size.Maintenance (Joey et al) were great. Food service tries hard but is in a no-win situation given all the different residential tasts. Still food quality starts with higher quality food purchases.Activity offerings were fine - compared to some places we've seen there's a lot more that could be offered (more movies, different social hours, more games, different physical activities).Rated cleanliness lower because there were many times crumbs stayed on the floor for weeks (even after saying something) or dusting wasn't thoroughly done.Transportation - not quite sure why you'd use vans that requires steps for ingress and egress.

All the CM people I met were attentive and concerned about my parents. The management team was great in moving my parents from assisted living to memory care. They moved their furniture and belongings to memory care (without a charge), set all up so the impact to my Mom would be minimal. I was very impressed with the campus and facilities.
