Multiple move in personnel (several residents at a time) makes it difficult to procure move in carts and flat beds. A designated move in door other than the front entrance nearer to the elevator.

It was overwhelming. Almost a “parade” of staff people coming into the apartment introducing themselves all at the same time the maintenance guys were installing the tv and we were putting personal things in closets and drawers. Perhaps introductions could be spaced out throughout the day to make it easier to absorb and adjust. Although I may add that everyone had smiles and welcoming!

The only comment my aunt ever made was the aides were not always prompt and some of them probably did not care for what they were doing. Yes, they helped her when needed.

Move-in was great. Country Meadows was very helpful with anything we needed.

The memory care unit is great, the staff is excellent, the facilities are clean

Visit to actually apartment or studio would be beneficial
