It was overwhelming. Almost a “parade” of staff people coming into the apartment introducing themselves all at the same time the maintenance guys were installing the tv and we were putting personal things in closets and drawers. Perhaps introductions could be spaced out throughout the day to make it easier to absorb and adjust. Although I may add that everyone had smiles and welcoming!

The only comment my aunt ever made was the aides were not always prompt and some of them probably did not care for what they were doing. Yes, they helped her when needed.

Nothing to improve, really. It was great to see a resident’s apartment. That’s what makes it feel like home. The rest of the facility is gorgeous, but like a vacation resort (hence why I said only “good” in that question about hominess).

Not much left to suggest. Erin Fox did a wonderful job.

Move-in was great. Country Meadows was very helpful with anything we needed.

Maybe include a small buffet of samples from the kitchen
