The most important aspect for me was how well the staff took care of my Mom during her 6 year stay. Amazingly patient, friendly and attentive,to residents and guests. Exceptional. Highly recommend and have done so repeatedly.

I would have liked to meet the activities director or seen residents during an activity. I didn’t see an activity calendar in plan view anywhere.

For the most part the move was good but after a month my mother still has things not done that she has asked for several times. She is really ignored a great deal of the time.
