I would have liked to meet the activities director or seen residents during an activity. I didn’t see an activity calendar in plan view anywhere.

For the most part the move was good but after a month my mother still has things not done that she has asked for several times. She is really ignored a great deal of the time.

First year lived on first floor but an independent do communication with staff was confusing at times. Just moved upstairs so hopefully it will be better. Much better.
