I was 5 minutes late and the tour guide came in 10 minutes later.

No improvement needed.

Some miscommunications moving out, but everything corrected! I want to give 4.5 stars because there’s always room for improvement. My father moved out only because there was not an assisted living apartment available for him to move down to and Pathways was too expensive.

Not sure I would change anything.

Gilcrest did a great job.

Brandon, the fitness director, is fantastic! The nurses and med nurses on staff are good. The on-site spa and podiatrist visits are very helpful.

The one thing that REALLY sold us on Country Meadows was seeing the list of staff who had been there forever. We know from experience how hard it is to keep good people in an assisted living facility. We do not live close so did not know the individuals who took care of Janet and were thrilled with the the idea of contributing to the fund people can tap into if needed rather than giving several people little bits of money at Christmas.

A timeline detailing what paperwork needs to be submitted when and by whom would be very beneficial. I know I have had to email a few times.
